3D-printed self-portrait generated from a photograph using AI, then prepared and printed on my CR-10 Smart Pro 3D printer.

I took a picture of myself and used AI to generate a 3D model from it. Since I wear glasses in real life, the model also had glasses. Keeping the glasses on the model meant that I had to use a lot of supports, which left scarring in those areas.

The model turned out well overall; however, I am willing to print it again using my new P2S Combo printer. By dividing the model into separate parts, printing them individually, and assembling them with glue, I should be able to reduce the amount of supports required and minimize the visible scarring.

Overall, this was a great project to work on.
